Die Lage ist sehr gut. Check-In war einfach. Ausstattung wirkt neu. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchen kann. Kommunikation klar, freundlich und schnell.

Die Fenster halten leider kaum bis keinen Außenlärm ab. Ohropax waren bei mir ein Muss.

La facilidad para entrar, para guardar las maletas el último día, el trato con el anfitrión, todo correcto. El desayuno muy bueno pero un poco repetitivo. La ducha excelente, y los utensilios de la cocina también.

El último día salimos a las 9:45 del apartamento y como no contactamos con nadie, pensaron que habíamos salido después de las 11, que es la hora máxima para el check-out. Pero lo solucionamos rápidamente. Encontré a faltar que se pusieran en contacto con nosotros para darnos instrucciones de como avisar de la hora en que dejamos el apartamento. Pero con buena voluntad por ambas partes, enseguida nos entendimos.

The property was very clean and comfortable and a good location

We booked for breakfast and it didn’t arrive on the first day. After trying to get hold of the customer services team we were promised it was an error and we would get one the next day and it didn’t arrive again. I am still waiting for a full refund. It caused stress in holiday and now stress back at home
