Eastin Hotel Vientiane

Stayed there 3 separate times in the last 18 days. First time everything was great! No complaints. The last 2 night stay we experienced toilet issues. Not being about to fix, they offered to move us. However with being fully booked there was no king size bed available. We opt to stay in the room and use the lobby restroom.

The rooms are fresh, tastefully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with plush beds and soft, fluffy pillows ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff are another highlight—always helpful, professional, and service-minded, making every guest feel valued. Overall, Eastin Hotel delivers an excellent stay in Vientiane.

Very nice hotel. Good location. Balcony rooms offer very pleasing views. Walkable to dining options on the river. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

The property and location was ok. Service was average, we booked rooms with king beds, they tried to give us single beds, and then wanted to push them together, and then offered a different room with a king bed but was a lower standard room then we booked and paid for. Have stayed in better hotels in Vientiane.

Great relaxing place to kick your feet up. Loved the live music on the rooftop bar. I ordered the quesadilla and it was the best I had in my entire life! Huge variety breakfast buffet with an expert egg chef! I would come back here for sure

Nice view if the Mekong river. We enjoyed siting at our balcony during sunset.

It was amazing to stay at the hotel, everyone was friendly, welcoming and helpful, food was good and the view of the Mekong River was beautiful
