"Lovely place , just need a few things to update the property."

The location was great.

I didn’t like the pillows. They were flat and needed replacing. Bed wasn’t comfortable, very lumpy. Also there was a smell coming from the kitchen. I did address this as soon as I arrived . The filter in the extractor fan needs changing . I had to go and get cleaning products to mask the smell. And every cup was chipped. The kettle and toaster need replacing.

"Ideal location for Whitby Events"

Very nice and clean. A bit cold in the lounge as the fire didn’t work.

Nothing really comes to mind, although the agents weren’t very helpful regarding the parking permits.

"Over all poor"

I’m currently 8 months pregnant and this was mine and my partners final trip before our baby arrives. At first glance the house was nice, on further inspection the entire place was dirty and we could not use the downstairs shower room due to it being left from the previous guests with dirt and muck. After one day of being here me and my partner started to get ill and we figured out this was likely due to the dust and particles all over the house, you could physically see the dust everywhere. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and quite honestly the worst bed we’ve ever slept in. This confirmed for us we could not stay any longer and what was meant to be a 7 day stay was cut short to us leaving after 3 days. We contacted the business who took 2 weeks to respond and then ultimately fobbed us off with no prospect of a refund, will never use them again.

A great location on a quiet street in easy walking distance into Whitby. The property was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay.
