"Good location and amenities. A shame the house wasn't very clean."

Location perfect for access to both bays.

Furniture tired and not very clean. Drawers weren't clean and carpets needed cleaning and Hoovering properly. Window frames and skirting boards dirty in places

Location and bathrooms and games room and space and nice lady came out to sort complaints

Cleaning definitely below par. Stained sheets,sticky work surfaces, rubbish dumped outside deck area and other things.

Great location, kids playroom was fab. Comfy beds & quality bed linen. New bathrooms throughout with shampoos/conditioner

Cleaning was quite up to scratch. Dead flowers on the coffee table when we arrived, lots of dead bugs on the windowsills. Wasn’t any cleaning products to use, no dishcloth and only bin bag for a 4 day stay for 8 of us! Broken tv unit.

The location was very good. The size of the property was great.

On arrival the property smelt of stale cigarette smoke, there were piles of rubbish in the rear yard, only 6 mugs in a property for upto 10 people and the cleaning looked like it had been rushed and not to a very good standard.

"Fabulous well needed break in a beautiful property"

Property was beautiful very spacious and comfortable

House next door wasn’t very pleasant the people were always drunk and standing outside and were very loud. I don’t think it is something children should have to see.
