Location cleanliness comfortable!maybe would be nice to have tv in bedrooms as everyone doesn't like the same thing to watch but not really a problem @we will return in the near future

We stayed as a family group of 5 and I have to say this place was perfect in every way. Perfect location with only a short walk to the town centre. Beautiful and well kept accommodation with everything you need and more! The garden was a little suntrap and a lovely place to sit after a busy day exploring Whitby. We would highly recommend Mallard Cottage and would definitely rebook in the future! (Although not a problem for us, some could struggle with the amount of steps and stairs)

It was very convenient to the train station. It had good places to unpack our clothes. The beds were comfortable. The TV was nice. We enjoyed the gym membership (oops, I mean all the steps that helped work off all that good Whitby food).

There were no drinking glasses and the kitchen would not have been enough kitchen counter space if we had cooked as usual. It would be good if the dishes were stored more conveniently, but I can see why it is that's way.

"Great place for a stay in Whitby"

Perfect location for visiting Whitby and with the bus and train station within a few minutes walk it’s easy to see the surrounding countryside. Plenty of good restaurants nearby as well. The accommodation is well appointed and comfortable and great for families or friends especially with the two bathrooms. I would happily return.

It’s quite a climb up several steep flights of steps to get to the front door.

Location fantastic Parking a bonus

We couldn't find the bins Dog muck left in rear garden so we didn't use the outside space, which was a real shame Because the weather was nice

Lovely 3 bed house ,clean, great location only a few minutes walk to the train station & 5 mins walk & your in the centre.
