Host & Stay - One Love

Very nice property, stayed here several times now so that says it all really! Perfect location for all shops and restaurants in Harrogate town centre. Parking is an absolute bonus.

The check in time of 4pm is a bit harsh, would be nice to be in earlier!

Great location and liked the secure parking. Very comfortable place to stay for a short break.

I forgot some of the codes, I didn't realise you needed a code for entry into the car park, a different code to enter the property and then the code for the key.

5 minutes walk into town.

Booked for 3 days then added extra day. This was seen as two seprate bookings. To many emails.

Apartment was well equipped and spacious close to town centre

Sofa low and stains on it. Would of liked information pack to be in apartment not just an app as nor partially tech savy

Had to phone up office to get codes to gain entry through 2 doors, codes should have been sent to me prior, this would have saved us getting wet in rain trying to get in the first door. One of two electric heaters in lounge would not work ( no instructions for heating system to set heating higher due to extremely cold weather)

The apartment is lovely....IF YOU CAN GET IN.!!!! We arrived to find the electric gates locked and when we checked we had not been sent access details (Codes and Apartment Number) having travelled through heavy traffic and bad weather with our disabled son we were kern to get in. I called thecemergency number several times leaving voice messages and got not response. After 15 minutes (at 7.45pm) we fave up and booked into a local hotel. We woke in the morning to find I was sent a response, apology and tre address and codes at 2.22am!!! Since then I have been battling to get the first night refunded with no response other than complaint from from both Booking.com and Host snd Stay the agencies who took mymoney. I feel a court case in the small claims court coming up where both parties will be named as defendants!

When you have driven for 4 hours through bad weather and heavy traffic having left late (due to government traffic travel alerts), the last thing you want is to ge locked out of where you have booked and paid for and unable to get a response. Eventually had to book into a local hotel. Never again.
