Everything fine,

the flat is lovely, in excellent repair and the beds were super comfy. BUT! With the hacking of booking dot com host messaging absolutely rampant, getting a message with a link from the host had me on high alert as I have had several phishing messages from other hosts (No, I haven't fallen for them, it's kind of obvious what they are when you read them). They were demanding a massive cash deposit. When I finally was able to get to my pc to open the link in a protected browser, it didn't work, having established it wasn't hinky by examining the actual link and not just what the clicky says it is, I finally tried the link on my phone and it STILL didn't work. The host's only response was to repeatedly send me the SAME LINK that wasn't working, if it hasn't worked first 5 times, do you REALLY think it will the 5th? REALLY? I am 100% positive they are using some sort of automated bot to respond to all messages because a human wouldn't respond that way, would they? no matter how little English, there's translation software. Anyway, my husband, who wasn't with me that weekend, eventually tried on my behalf with his phone and it worked, but this was at 7pm the night of check in, while I was driving up the M1 after trying over and over and over. They should have offered and alternative way to pay the deposit. I won't be booking with this company again, they are super quick to take your non-refundable money, but far too difficult to deal with, even if they do have nice properties.

If this accommodation is meant to be for up to 4 people, the only table was an elevated bar table with two bar chairs, so that means no social eating around a dining table and 1 or more has to risk staining the couch, eat standing up or wait thier turn. There's no point providing a full kitchen if there'[s nowhere for everyone to sit. Not very well thought out. Also, the heating broke on the first night, we messaged the host on the second night, we were assured they would send someone round to sort it for us, they didn't, we requested again, they promised to expedite.... no one turned up, so parts of the flat were roasting hot and other parts freezing cold, with my friend having Fibro among other issues, she was not doing well with a cold bedroom. The heated bathroom floors would have been a lovely touch, if they weren't so hot they were burning our feet because the heating wasn't working properly.

Excellent, except water was hard to organise and we didn’t have water I. The mornings for showers, very sophisticated system which we didn’t have time to sort as we were at a conference!

Excellent location, easy check in, quiet & safe complex.

Cleaning could be greatly improved. Dirty grill pan found in oven, fridge was smelly, a used vape left in kitchen cupboard. The main bathroom not very clean, soap scum on the glass shower panel and the drain would benefit from being declogged as the water was slow to drain, causing it to flood the floor. Hairs and clothing labels were left in main bedroom. Generally found the apartment a bit tired, the walls and sofa were marked and would of benefit from a freshen up & deeper clean as some areas dusty. Also, disappointing that you can’t leave the car later than 10 am on check out as the “cleaner” needs access however, the apartment was found not to be very clean and the dishwasher was on and filled when we checked in at around 5pm indicating that the cleaner had not long left..? A suggestion - Leave an extension lead as the plugs are not sited close to full length mirrors or mirrors suitable for hair styling.

Looks attractive

Here there is no love but money. Be sure to book refundable rooms for there are policies forbidding any changes within 60 days. And management will take advantage if you must cancel due to COVID, adding financial hardship to your misery. Other inns responded kindly waiving any penalties. But not here.

Not a problem for us ! But if you have elderly or youngsters the stairs are quite steep

great property. very modern. we furnished. I forgot my laptop in the property, and the staff worked with me to retrieve it. thanks.

It was not very clear that you had to turn on the hot water boost way in advance to have hot water in the showers.

The location is great. Apartment is modern and spotless clean, fitted with high quality appliances.

But few things to note: 1. There’s a hidden cost - when making a reservation, you will be asked for a deposit. This is not unusual. But you will have to pay for administration fees of 10 pounds. 2. The apartment is for 4 adults. But there are only 2 chairs. And no dining table, so you probably can’t plan for a dinner. 3. Please check the hot water is switched on. We had an unpleasant experience, when came back from a day out, longing for a nice shower, to notice that it’s cold.

The property is spacious as I only stayed with my son while waiting for picking up my daughter from school. The apartment is nice and clean with all equipments needed.

hot water is not enough for Bath but sufficient for shower. No lift as room is on the 2nd floor.
