I had booked two rooms about months ago, on the day, the receptionist called me to confirm the room in the morning, and I was on the way to Siem Reap too. But in the evening, the receptionist called me and told me that my room had been canceled and gave that room to other customers😡. What's ashamed of the rudeness? The hotel wasn't responsible for my booking because the walk-in customer paid more expensive than booking.com.

The staffs are so helpful, they help us booked the motorbikes and the tutuk as well. Check in and out every fast and smooth. Good location, few mins to everywhere

It was comfortable. Staff responsive to queries. Great location, just a few minutes walk from everything.

Room was quite small and felt a little cramped for 2 people.

The location was excellent, the room was spacious and fairly clean.

The mattress was really hard, and the sound insulation (door) was terrible. I’m not a light sleeper, but you could hear anyone in the hotel corridor; walking, opening/closing a door or obviously talking. But the worst part was the obviously bad management of the bookings. When I arrived for check in at 2pm (as per hotel rules), I found several frustrated guests waiting for the rooms, trying to get the correct rooms etc. I was told I’d have to wait for 30mins as my room was not ready and ended up waiting for 1 hour at the lobby to finally get the keys. The staff were obviously lost as they were trying to give 2 rooms to people that had booked 3 etc. I asked if I can have a late check out for 4pm instead of the standard 12pm and was told it’s possible for an additional 5 USD. As I wasn’t keen on the extra charge I asked and the staff at reception confirmed that I could check out at 1pm without any extra charge since my room was available an hour later as well. However, the next day I kept got multiple calls and texts from 12 to 12:30 pm asking me to check out immediately as they have to give the room to another guest at 1pm. Even though I told them they had confirmed I could check-out at 1pm the previous day, an I was currently not at the hotel, doing a booked activity, they kept calling and texting creating a lot of stress and making me rush back to the hotel to check out. Overall very disorganised and unprofessional.

Very good location, just 3 minutes from the Pub street

They informed me that the room I booked is overbooked. They put me a "theoratically same" room - they told the change room has balcony but no bath tub. They wanted to convince me to stay there for the whole period. After the first night we changed to the booked one. The change room was terrible. Loud, old-fashioned, small. The room we booked originally was much better, at least bigger. No wardrobe in any of the rooms. Only one pair of houseshoes. No bathcoat. After the first cleaning they just took the old towels, not giving new ones. Not giving toilet tissues. Breakfast was included, but after using it first, we decided to have breakfast outside. Very slow service, many things from the card were out of stock (f.e tea!!!). Pool looked acceptable, but it was not the one I really feel liked want to try.
