Location

Dirty, we stayed for 5 nights and we asked for a room clean, this was the only time it was done, hotel is run down and needs some updating

Staff was amazing, I got in at 10:30 pm and was out at 4:30 am, so it was a short stay, but they could not have been nicer and the location was amazing!

The switch that made the shower head switch on didnt work, and hot water was questionable

Very good location. Just a couple minutes walk from the main street. The room was very large and all in all alright for the price. The breakfast was okay, you could choose khmer and continental cuisine which was great.

"Better to be closer to pub street if you are in siem reap"

Pretty close to pub street but a little bit of a walk.

No elevator as well as rooms on 2nd floor so that was a bit of a hassle. Rooms were ok price was good though

The hotel is situated close to the pub street and the market. The hotel staff provides good service and is very helpful and accommodating. They also let me stay at the lounge while waiting for my next trip in the evening.

There is no lift but the staff helped carry my luggage.

"Pleasant"

Location very good as close to Night Market and Pub Street 👌 Very nice friendly and helpful staff . Reception with lobby looks good and swimming pool. Close to 7/11, motorbike rental and laundry.

We were situated in older I think side of the hotel..not sure ? 2 rooms we were as had to change to a different one due to smell and small bugs , were old and very worn out . Temperamental and noisy air conditioning , no hot water only light one. Not very comfortable room and bed ..although better then the 1st one... Small breakfast .
