Victoria Central Residence

The Pool is really beautiful. The whole property is just perfect. I think of all hotels I’ve been to, this hotel had unanimously the best staff, they were so friendly and helpful all the time.

I think there was nothing I disliked about this place.

Quite and clean place

Breakfast was served partially cold.

Location is good, close walk to pub street but still in a quiet location.

It was extremely dirty. The stains on the yellow chairs everywhere in the hotel were disgusting. We don’t think they clean the rooms properly. The towels were grey. One of our pillow was half in half out and we made the mistake of looking inside and it’s so grotesque I wanted to throw up. There were human body stains all over it. It was so so disgusting. The pool is not chlorinated. My little one is sick after leaving the hotel. Also I got 7 mosquito bites in my leg after sleeping in the poolside room for 1 night despite covered in repellent, then we had to upgrade to the top floor grand suite and that was better.

Clean room, fast WiFi, nice staff, clean bed and towels

Pool didn't look clean and very little space around the pool to relax. Big frog jumping around in the bathroom, probbably came in due the toilet since the door was closed all the time. No hot showers. We didn't use the breakfast as it was not our preferenced type of food. The mattres was too hard for us.

The location.

The bed had bedbugs or some type of infestation. I kept waking up the next morning with suspicious bites and marks all over my legs. The sheets were also not very clean, or under the bed. The room could do with a new coat of paint. The TV did not work in the room. The power kept getting cut, this was extremely inconvenient as I couldn't use my electronic devices that needed a power source. The electricity cut out thrice in one day, this extended over a two-day period during my five-day stay at the property. I thought this was common amongst most property in the area but it wasn't.

Comfortable room and warm welcome

The staff was very helpful. The facilities were clean and more than we needed

Very friendly staff; clean room; clean bathroom; the staff allowed us to bring beverages from the supermarket and drink them at the swimming pool.

When we checked in, the filtering system of the swimming pool was defective. So the water was rather blurry. But when we checked out, the water was clear again.
