Great staff, location and overall service! Clean and comfortable room. AC working well. They contacted us on the day of arrival to arrange a tuk-tuk free of charge to pick us up at the airport, it was greatly appreciated

No local breakfast option available, they offer American style breakfast only.

A bit loud, property is close to the street. Shower was spraying all over the floor. Breakfast is ok, cold.

The hotel is a new property and location is good. Mr. Vattana, GM & the co-owner of the property is a nice person and was available for help. Though the breakfast had limited choice, but overall it was good.

Communication at times is a problem and support at reception is not adequate. Sometime the same instruction is to be repeated which creates confusion in providing services. Rooms at top floors may be avoided since the staircase is skewed.

This is so far the best hotel I've been with. They are the most hospitable hotel so far. They have free pick up from the airport. Great hotel!
