Victoria Central Residence

It was a very nice stay in the Victoria central residence, we had a Junior Suite with the pool in front of the door. the plants made a delightful ambience, breakfast was served directly at the pool. all the staff was very friendly and helpful at any question and time.

we did not know that the room is cleaned only when the card is given to the reception.

It was quiet and peaceful. We were offered free pickup from the airport. About 10 minutes walk to the Pub street, enjoyed the stay here.

Victoria Central Residence is a small and quiet place in Siem Reap. Ideally close to the center (not too much to avoid the noise) and in a street full of diversified restaurants (almost all kind of food and all budgets). The pool is cute and refreshing. The breakfast is very very consistent (and tasty). The staff is lovely and helpful. I recommend.

The staff was incredible and made us feel welcome and tended to our needs. Breakfast was good. Great location, quiet yet close to the center. Shower is also well equipped.

The hotel just started running back after Covid, so it was evident that some of the facilities weren’t maintained well. Also the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and some of the objects in the room were dirty. We believe these issues will change after this re-opening period

ceiling was leaking aircon also leaking and shower don’t work well
