Dirty, the property was ugly

Enjoyed a beautiful night of rest prior to boarding for a cruise. Close to the hollywood beach boardwalk which is just amazing!

They did not have our reservation. Said they are not affiliated with hotels.com. we had to sleep on the floor of our family members hotel room.

The property need somme love .there is some place where the ceiling is broken.the building some renovations

This property is great for what it is. Location. Location. Location. If you come in with low expectations, it is great. Good Price. Amazing location just steps from Hollywood Beach. Id stay there again… im easy to please

I really appreciate the receptionist, a very beautiful Latina girl, who was very pleasant and helpful. Also she let me stay few more hours because my flight was late in the evening, and I really appreciate her understanding. Otherwise, the property is in a great location, room was perfect for me, but I really feel uncomfortable, with the noise outside on the street, specially in the weekend., and being by myself. The price was also good. The room need to be refreshes with new paint, and some repairs on the walls and the shower also need to get the mold off the corners and a new shower curtain. The window curtains and the support in a very deplorable condition. The inconvenience was in the first night, I checked in almost midnight and the power wasn't working, but the outlet where the A/C was on. The reception opens at 11, and I needed assistance with locking the door, code wasn't working for me. If all this matter will be fix, I'm sure it's not a bad location at all, but need a good owner, or administrator. Thank you for understanding.

Be careful with this property. It is not as advertised. It is very run down, filthy, and no amenities whatsoever. Book somewhere else. It should not be a hotel and should be shut down.

This property is horrible .. phone number DOESNT WORK you cant get ahold of anyone i tried for 12 hours!.. i had a late check in flight was delayed and no one was in office, a lady staying in hotel said they do it all the time and leave guest stranded.. DO NOT STAY HERE

This place is disgusting and they will not refund your money. Don't do it! The pictures they have advertised are FAKE. There was mold all in the shower and hair clippings. The maid said it was scratches on the tile. I almost passed out when she said this. Matter of fact I'll just post pictures instead of writing about all the problems.

We have stayed with this property for multiple years in a row , the condition of the property has steadily declined. Our toilet seat was not screwed down , the floors were dirty and sticky , there was sand all over the couch , the shower didn’t drain and overflowed. This place needs to redone in the worst way , if it’s not done by next year I’m calling the authorities. To be honest I didn’t even want to bring the biddys back to this establishment.
