Amazing place to stay with family

Wonderful in every way!

Would have been a 5 star review, if not for the reduced levels of service and facilities due to the hotel closing for the end of season. As we paid full price, we should have received the same service as any other guest throughout the year. This is not the Ikos we have experienced in the past. The hotel had very few guest, in contract to high season so they should not be running out of towels, crips, ice creams, drinks etc daily. It felt like staff had shut off, because the end of season was approaching. The hotel is lovely and the facilities (if available) and great.

Incredible perfect and overwhelming beautiful experience. One of the best hotels and resorts I have ever stayed in in my entire 33 years of living on this planet. I've never seen and experienced anything like this: super helpful staff, amazing fresh food, incredible settings, beautiful interior and exterior designs, endless facilities, everything unseen tidy, incredible location, .... ! A total dream! Big big big shout out to the amazing great staff team. Would deffo recommend IKOS resorts and would love to be back one day soon!

Small point of criticism: The amount of times staff stepping by your hotel room for services in the morning, during the day and in the evening. Sometimes with entering the room without first checking if maybe; you are on the toilet / shower, changing clothes or sleeping. It feels a bit much. Some clients might be more at ease and pleased with less amounts of actual room visits. :) Also, since the level of this business is super high in general: small other point: I think there is still some room for improvement in the level of some of the à la carte dishes in the restaurants. (price-quality, portion, taste, ... ) Although I really really loved the different cuisines and the opportunity there is to eat different dishes every single evening and I had a really good experience!
