Staff were very friendly. Food was good at most locations. Pools & facilities were always clean.

Some communication was very poor: - alarm went off at 3am, we never heard from anyone, whether it was a false alarm or what happen actually happen, or even an apology for the inconvenience - We had a sunset cruise planned at 18h30. We arrived at the jetty, to be told it wasn't happening that night. Apparently it was due to "bad weather" which was illogical, the weather was in my view perfect for sailing. - The APP definitely had some issues. Bookings were often doubled booked & no feedback given when chatting with the APP. - Our return bus from from the Old Town was an hour late & again there was no communication or apology.

Great hotel with excellent food. Cons: 1. Kids room seemed to be boring for kids if you decline to go to water entertainments. 2. Name me a good reason why I can book this hotel with min 4 days of stay via Expedia while you can book directly even 1 night. Solve this please.
