Convenient location to local attractions. Clean and enough room for all guests.

Parking was a bit awkward with the property being at the top of a steep climb. Neighbour fortunately explained the parking strategy around Scarborough. No guarantees for parking outside property. One bed already damaged and another missing slats. One sink drain had a blockage and another didn’t hold water. Not enough cutlery for all guests to dine together. No non stick pans to fry with. No ventilation available when cooking in kitchen as windows painted shut.

The property was spacious and situated in good location. Few mins walk to beach and main road. Decent showers and bathroom except enuite which didnt have shower, but it had a bath.

Our stay was disappointing. The rooms were dusty and some even had cobwebs on the ceiling, which affected the children in our group. The real problem, however, was the parking situation. Despite being a large property with six bedrooms, only one parking scratch card was issued. Although I requested two more cards and agreed to pay £5 each, the cards were only valid for two days, but I was said it will be valid for full 4 days. Despite constant follow-ups, we received just one additional scratch card instead of three. From the third day onwards, we had no idea where to park. Numerous emails and messages sent wasting lot of time on a holiday, and although they kept promising to arrange scratch cards, they never delivered. This created a lot of stress and really spoiled our holiday. To make matters worse, a customer service representative named Mr. Isaac was very rude in his emails when I inquired about the scratch cards. Ultimately, the entire team was unable to enjoy the holiday after the second day because the parking issue consumed our time and energy.

Lovely big clean space with lots of room for the family. Great location and views of the sea!

The broken shower head holder on the top floor bathroom made things a little awkward as it was the main bathroom for 4 rooms as the ensuite only had a bath.
