The apartment ,the location ,the price, the views

There was a towel left for us on entering that had brown marks on it, it looked dirty ? There was an oven to use in the kitchen but no oven gloves so I had to use a towel to get the tray out of the oven, or is that what happened to the towel that was left for us after the previous occupants?

Why did you say you didnt allow mobility scooters in the building? This spoilt our holiday. If we had known before, perhaps there was a small space in the covered parking area that we could use. I would appreciate some feedback on this. We have visited your apartments twice now but this would stop us returning. Also difficult when you first arrive after a long drive to easily work the television. Clear instructions would be helpful . Also wifi password needs to be clearer, easy to misread - again difficult after a long drive.

It is a lovely modern apartment with all necessary facilities and designated onsite parking. It was clean and well presented. The apartment also has a wonderful view of the harbour through the double opened bay windows/doors.

Lovely place ten mins walk to the bridge in Whitby.

Couldn’t work cooker as no instructions also no hot water ?

Fabulous location within a 10 minute walk to Whitby centre. Car parking space very welcome & the view of the river was fantastic.
