Great facilities and fantastic view

The stairs navigating to the property can be a bit challenging and would not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. The second bedroom is not really a bedroom but with the addition of aircon it is okay temperature wise but….. acces to toilet is down the stairs and the noise from nearby club and ocean requires earplugs for a good sleep. The beach club down the road pumps out music from midday to midnight and really was a downer on an otherwise good stay. The music is overbearing and of really bad taste!

To access to property you have to climb a few stair, but for sure you can make it.

We came with another couple and didnt realize one bedroom was an open loft with low ceilings. Not preferred as one couple had a much better room and attached bath. This place is better for one couple or maybe couple with kids to stay in the loft.

Views were incredible both morning and evening. Balcony was amazing to lounge on. We spent most of the time here. Shower and bed were great and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with complimentary beer, soda and wine. Thank you very much!

Utensils could be cleaner. It is clean, but not hotel standard. Not for fussy travelers. Not for the faint hearted, as the route to and fro to the carpark needs some physical exertion by walking up and down a rather steep flight of steps.

Amazing terrace. Views were breathtaking.

Hairdryer didnt blow out hot air. The sheets had a damp smell.

It’s not suitable for 2 couples sadly.

An amazing stay, we wanted to wake up to the beach and this place gave it all. We slept with the sound of the beach and woke up to a glorious beach. The property was so luxurious, it has yoga mats, muscle rollers and pull up bar for you to work out at. There were two rooms, one is more private en-suite doors and curtains, while the other is on a loft (just above the main bedroom). There’s another toilet downstairs for everyone’s access. They have restaurants if you go further down to the beach area. If you go back up (5 min hike), there are more restaurants within less than 5 min drive

The climb up and down but again, if you want to live facing the beach, that is to be expected. You got to hike down and up (about 5 minutes) to get to the main road. Therefore, access to amenities are slightly further. From here, it’s minor inconvenience to me, but was a big one to my friend. And honestly, it has nothing to do with the property, but a good to know if you choose to book a stay here. Because of the accessibility, food drivers will not be able to hike all the way down to deliver food. There’s a parking fee to access the beach/properties, as such the driver will not drive in and will wait at the main door if you want to get any delivery. In Bali, there are still area where they don’t allow online transportation apps such as gojek, grab, gofood, etc. to come in. And this area is one such area where these apps cannot service. So there will be people around properly chasing them away. For us to get transport service, you either use the local one or we walk a couple hundred meters out to get one. Personally I feel this will go away in the time to come. The local transportation business are just latching on to what they have left and trying to protect their business but the applications make it a lot more convenient for tourists. I hear from the staff who checked me in, that there are more and more areas opened to grab service recently, and he’s also confident this will go away in due course.
