Bingin High Tide

Amazing place on an amazing beach with locals and surfers. The view is stunning, the people lovely, Monkeys came to visit on the balcony for free ahah, you have incredible local restaurants and even a fish bbq spot every evening with live music. Our stay was really special, best moment we had in Bali and we will come back for sure.

A lot of stairs to access and no lights at night but it’s a cliff so kind of normal and it was really worth it anyway :)

They desperately need to invest in some curtains - the sun pours through and even with the aircon on, it’s way too hot to be in there during the day. If the view wasn’t so spectacular we would have been upset. One day when we were hungover and wanted to relax in for a few hours, we were forced to stay inside the master bedroom because it was the only place we could get cool. We also wish we knew you had to walk through the master bedroom to get to the bathroom - making it awkward during the night sharing as friends. The property is also a bit rougher and worn than the photos. Could use a deep clean or a refresh.

The view is breathtaking, the host Wayan is such a great help, knows Bingin so well, the way down to the beach is not even a minute of walking stairs, the sound of the ocean is constantly on and it's a place I'd never want to leave.

Well the price is something.. more expensive than a hotel in Switzerland ;) - so you must be prepared to pay a lot for what you get.
