What breakfast, their wasn't one

No kettle to boil water for cups of tea. I don't drink coffee. coffee maker not practical for making tea

Lovely rooms, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Comfortable bed, great shower and clever night light that comes on in the bathroom if you get up in the night. Good location for Cornwall ferry, supermarkets and outdoor pools.

Having to collect the keys from town centre and pay a £150 deposit for just a weekend stay AND being given the WRONG code for the door entry - actually typed on the sheet we were given - and trying for ages to gain access to no avail. We rang the office and were told to try putting a zero in front of the number given, which did work! Not really very good. Hawkyns actually having Raleigh on the door! (Good job we’ve been before!)

The owner was responded promptly and guide us to the property when we had difficulty to find the property.

Check in office is miles away from the property, by given the information sheet, we had to locate the property by ourselves, and send back the house key to office after check out. There weren't a kettle in the building.

The property itself was lovely and clean

When booking it doesn’t tell you that you have to pick up keys from a location half an hour away from the apartment. Also in email directed us to an old pick up address so we had to then go to another location. We called all day and received no answer and the staff claimed their phone must have been wrong but the card on desk read the number we had been calling. They also make you return your keys to them on departure another half an hour from the property. Inconvenient for guests and not mentioned when booking. The wrong address for drop off was also in the notes left in the apartment for us! Need to update guests.
