A key box would have been better rather than picking up & returning the key to an office in central Plymouth. Particularly for a 1 night stay

"Beautiful apartment."

Beautifully appointed apartment, with very comfortable bed and extremely powerful shower! Excellent location and really helpful staff in the main office.

Having to collect and return keys from central point in Plymouth for a single night’s stay! (Perhaps a key safe?)

"JUST WOW!"

WOW OUTSTANDING!! Exactly like the photos, very friendly and welcoming staff from pure service. The building was easily accessible, kitchen fitted with everything you could possible need and more. The bed was by far the comfiest we've ever stayed in and very modern bathroom with heated flooring. It was like home from home experience with lots of options of entertained such as Netflix, amazon prime but also board games. We stayed for 2 nights over the New Year and we hit the jackpot from value for money, to location. The harbour is within a 10 minute drive with beautiful bars, restaurants, cafe and harbour walk (lots of dog friendly places). Would highly recommend to anyone and will certainly be returning in the summer nights for another stay!!

"the most wonderful mini break"

we absolutely loved everything about the property, it has been very newly renovated so everything is of the highest standard. we were one of the first guests to stay here, the property did not disappoint, friendly staff and parking was easy!
