Great location, average room quality, but the toilet outside the room caused some inconvenience. Overall is okay for a single traveler.

Very nice little room in a charming, walkable neighborhood. Conveniently close to the T and many restaurants in the area. Good communication on how the check in/out and use the electronic locks during my stay with no one on site.

Great location. Rooms are good - clean, comfy bed (I think mattress was relatively new - very nice!) Was worried it would be cramped but was more than adequate space! Nice kitchenette in my room. Shower was a B- (water pressure just ok). I would prefer darker shades (take eye covers if you need a dark place to sleep). I faced the street so it was a little loud. Overall I was really surprised and pleased (last minute booking).

Had to reach out day of visit to get the codes to get in the building and room. Room ok, well appointed, but needed separate codes for the building, my room and bathroom across the hall. Great location for my needs and quiet neighborhood. Room and building a bit worn, carpet coming up.

Room was small, but had all the amenities. It was quiet and comfortable. I would have liked a power strip so that i could plug in the light, the air conditioner, and charge my phone at the same time, but that's a minor issue.
