Nice little room. Shower door does not close properly, I would fix that. It was a good stay in a nice neighborhood

Basic room. Did not like wall to wall carpeting. The room had an odd cleaning smell to it and was very musty. We opened all the windows upon arrival, which made things much better. A fine place to crash for a night.

The communication with the property people was very difficult. The equipment in the room (like the only lamp) was not working and the AC remote was broken. I was horrified to realize there were bedbugs too.

This studio was OK, but the bathroom was a disaster! The mosaic tile floor is falling apart, with loose tiles everywhere. The towel rack was broken, with clean towels lying on the floor when I first entered. There is no handle on the inside of the shower door. The baseboards are disintegrated and small pieces of wood are on the floor. Very disappointed.

Trouble with room upon arrival. Staff was incredibly helpful.

Great small apartment in the back bay, easy to check in. Very convenient location. Seemed clean, but smelled bad.

The room was small and bare bones, but it did the job and was enough space for two people. Pretty area of town. Very cool in the summer.

There was many problems in communication with 400 Columbus. In particular, his attitude.

Apartment was cold needed space hater to warm the apartment up. Very odd for the summer. The apartment above me leaked into the bathroom light when guest above me was taking a shower. The TV didn't work. Called the help number and no one got back to me. No TV for 2 days.
