Maverick Suites at 400 Columbus Ave

Very clean , But I didn’t expect the bathroom to be out of the room but it wasn’t to bad , Nice neighborhood and good location .

I felt safe, it was clean and within walking distance of many amenities

Old building, but renovated. Very clean and comfortable inside. Convenient to the bus and train, in a cute, posh neighborhood.

Bathroom is across the hall (which was not clearly communicated). AC was a noisy window unit that didnt work well. Stair doors are secured open - a building/fire code violation and potential safety concern.

Good location with multiple options for public transportation. No fuss check-in and access to building and room. Quiet and clean.

We enjoyed our stay!

I was okay with the place in general. Didn’t expect much for what I paid for. (Hotels are EXPENSIVE in Boston! That’s why I chose this studio.) But I liked the kitchenette part…So my bed COLLAPSED when I laid down on it. Never ever happened before. They offered me to stay at another location but I was exhausted from flying. So I slept on the floor. If the bed did not collapse, I would’ve been fine with everything.
