Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU

Locked out of our room at 1145a while on campus tour with future college student despite arranging for a late checkout the night before. Tried to charge us $25 to get our bags when we arrived back at hotel. Avoid this hotel and chain at all cost. Zero customer skills and they could lock you out of your room.

Well kept, very clean and the staff were very receptive. This included acknowledging my birthday, as we were there for a long weekend birthday celebration. Great property.

It was a little loud at night, but that was anticipated, based on the location.

Omni Spa is worth every penny. In house pools closed in spa but the Ladies were Regal and attentive. Professionals Spa Boutique was perfection. Black suit fit like a glove. "Lash" in Spa is Director Paid $2000.00 cash for a room, I never stayed in. I would like another room for future stay. Omni should make this correct. I am a travel writer since 1999. Integrity, Hospitality, Customer Service and Support are my Forte.

I just love this place, everyone is so friendly and extremely guest oriented, you are greeted with a smile at the reception, for breakfast, at the little lobby kiosk, everywhere the staff is always happy to see you. That's very nice and not at all obvious, especially comparing to hotels in New York or LA. In any case I had a lovely stay, with a beautifully appointed room, a wonderful avocado toast every morning, great tea and pastries in the lobby and sunny breaks by the pool. A big thanks to Gavin at the reception and to Kateri in the lobby kiosk for a truly pleasant stay, thanks for taking so well care of your clients. Always glad to return whenever I come to Arizona.

The hotel and room were very nice, but the wonderful service and food made this stay outstanding. We went to 'golden hour' downstairs at the Neighborhood Services Bar & Restaurant with great drinks and apps. Cici was our fantastic server and so friendly. Later, we met for dinner and drinks at Lucero on the rooftop. The staff and quality of food/beverages was top-notch. I would 100% return.

Everything about our stay was amazing! We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and they upgraded our room and had champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for us. The view and experience was amazing.

I wish there was a system to be able to tip other then cash.
