Moet Cartagena Hotel Boutique - Adults Only

A very unique and charming place, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The perfect boutique hotel that I would recommend !!!!

The property only has seven rooms and is amazingly stylish. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was gourmet. It was probably the best post eggs and avocado that I’ve ever had. It is close to town city center but fairly quiet for Cartagena. We will definitely be recommending other stay there in the future

We stayed for four nights with our teenage daughters. The hotel is lovely and the staff is excellent—extremely kind. They went out of their way to walk us to a drugstore when we asked for directions. They also arranged a driver for an outing and gave us tips on where to go. Nicely located in walkable distance to the action but in a quiet corner. The google control of the rooms was a bit unnecessary from our point of view but a novelty nonetheless.

Wonderful restored boutique hotel with few rooms. Staff was so helpful and ready to care for every detail. Wonderful location across from teatro Heredia right on the old town wall by the sea safe to walk and quiet at night with many options.

The sign for the hotel is small and not lighted, so it was hard for the taxi to find the hotel. Marketing 101. The staff is very kind and helpful and patient. It is in the centro historico so they have to work with the old building. The location is convenient to the restaurants and bards in Centro. There was no closet, which makes unpacking and organizing hard. They do not provide free water, which I find annoying and not consistent with the boutique hotel genre. My bed had 2 large sex stains on the comforter. It had been washed but the stains were very visible right on the lower corner. How someone did not throw it away or turn it over so it is not visible is hard to fathom. The breakfast was good, but the dining area on the rooftop is kinda dumpy, and I got bit twice by a mosquito in 3 minutes. Put repellent on before you dine there. The room uses voice control, which is a hassle to learn especially if you arrive late and tired. It's not a bad value for the money I paid on Expedia, but arrive with modest expectations if you book.

From the moment we got there, all the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I have never stayed at a boutique hotel but it was amazing. Everything about our stay was great! It was so hard to pick a hotel in the walled city because there are so many options but i'm so glad we went with them! Thank you for everything!

I don't normally give reviews, but this place was weird. First the pros: beautiful interiors, nice rooms Now the Cons: Located on a noisy corner, and rooms are right off the lobby overlooking the street. Windows don't have bathrooms, so noise and mosquitoes get in...all day and night. Bring earplugs and bug spray. You need to be let in and out everytime, so you feel like you are in a prison. The young woman at the front probably means well, but clearly has no formal training. This is a new hotel, but due to lack of training they have a nice property being completely mismanaged. When I lost my room key, I was reprimanded instead of being given a new key. They then let me in my room everytime I arrived. They they tried to charge me for the lost key card upon checkout. The wifi worked maybe 20% of the time. I recommend you stay somewhere else until the owners find someone who can properly manage this property. There are far better hotels in the city for the same price.

La estadía fue espectacular! Ángela (Gerente), así como todo el staff del hotel fueron muy atentos y serviciales. Ángela conoce los mejores lugares para ir a comer en Cartagena y sus recomendaciones fueron siempre atinadas. El hotel cuenta con todas las comodidades y para usarlas te ofrece la tecnología para administrarlas desde tu celular (aire acondicionado, luces, TV, etc.). Los desayunos son exquisitos y con mucha atención al detalle. Aunque el clima estuvo lluvioso, Ángela y su staff hicieron de mí visita algo encantador.

Es una casa muy hermosa muy bien decorada con unos colores muy bonitos tiene una piscina interior muy linda pero es caluroso Deberían tener mas ventiladores en las paredes que aliviáne el aire caliente y el Ambiente pesado del calor Sino es un lugar muy lindo y el Desayuno Perfecto Cama y sábanas muy buenas
