Fantastic location, great communication, also a place to store our road bikes. well stocked kitchen with coffee and a bottle of wine and biscuits. Even a patio to sit outside and catch the last rays of sun for the day. Beautiful place, could not recommed more.

There is nothing extra they could have done - everything was catered for.

Amazing location. Really close to everything. Lovely house. Hosts had thought of everything. Really cosy. Hosts communication was brilliant. Questions were all answered really quickly. Was lovely to be able to use the garden.

Everything was really good over all. if we had to pick one thing it would be that some of the glasses and crockery was really dirty. But assuming this was the previous guests and not the fault of the owners.

Great location, within walking distance of everywhere we needed to get to. Comfortable living room and dining area. Good parking for 2 vehicles.

Very minor constructive feedback - full-length mirrors and some hooks would be good in each bedroom. The shower pressure was not that great. I think if 10 people did stay, only 2 showers would be an issue.

"Girls' Birthday weekend"

The location of the house is ideal. 15 minutes walk to the High Street and West Quay, but also bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep. Excellent communication with the host throughout and a very well stocked welcome basket with lots of treats including a bottle of wine! Well equipped kitchen with roomy dining area and lounge with very comfy sofas. Chilly weather during our stay but very efficient heating. Umbrellas were a welcome touch!

Just an observation rather than a dislike.....the twin beds are comfy, but a touch on the small side if you're a slightly larger person!

Owner was brilliant, able to answer any questions, quickly. Very accommodating. Place was lovely, very well set up and in a good location. Easy for us to get out of Southampton quickly in the morning for work. Lovely assortment of treats left!

Nothing! Would love to have stayed longer!
