"Beautiful, modern and comfortable home with an incredible location and hosts"

Beautiful home- really nicely presented and decorated, has a very homely feel. It has all the facilities you need plus additional things given by hosts which was a lovely bonus. Everyone in our group mentioned how comfortable the beds were and what a good sleep they had. The location was incredible too for nightlife, we loved that we could just walk easily across the road to a number of bars/restaurants, but equally somehow the house managed to feel quiet and peaceful. The hosts are incredible with help and communication and I really got the sense they want to be sure you have the best stay and have everything you need where they can assist. I would highly recommend this home to stay in and would like to stay again if I returned to Southampton.

"Exceptional"

The home was modern, nice deco, very clean in a very good location with Restaurants, pubs and clubs just round the corner. Very convinient for a group of people, nice patio/garden.

"Lovely town house in a convenient location"

Clean, comfortable, great space - great layout and super location. Bonus there was parking as we were not expecting any. Lovely selection of goodies upon arrival - ate all the biscuits in 1 go!

Occasional odd smell in home..... particularly in stairwell and in lounge. Bathrooms really small (not much space to move around in) and no bath for the little ones - shower only. Final bedroom was locked so unable to use; planned to use it for luggage storage - however rooms were plenty big enough.
