I like the hotel, very spacious, clean and friendly staff. They gave us free shuttle from the bus station...eventually we hired them for the tour for a very reasonable price. If given the opportunity I would like to book again in this hotel.

At that time there was no TV/cable reception which was thoroughly explained to us and not the hotel's fault. The bed was not that soft...but we slept comfortably.

The owners are nice and helped us plan our trips around the city and the activities. The hotel is nice, the pool is clean and very useful after a hot day of walking around the city and the temples. The room was very spacious and had a big balcony

The rooms are a bit old-fashioned and the bed was a bit hard.

The hotel in the city centre, 5 min walk to Pub Street, and 15 min taxi drive to The airport in Siem Reap. Quite Big pool with pleasently cool water, And very friendly hosts.

The bed was hard and it creaked when Turing from one side to the other.

The location was good. It was walking distance to Pub Street and anything I needed. No need to rent a vehicle. There was a small convenience store nearby where you could get cold bottles of water, juice, sodas, etc. for the equivalent of about 50 cents each. There are also plenty of massage parlors minutes away where you can get a 60-minute massage for about 14 dollars. I enjoyed the hotel pool after the long day walking Angkor Wat - it was clean, clear, and refreshing. I took advantage of the hotel's laundry washing service. At $1 per kilo, I got everything washed, dried, folded, and shrink wrapped for cheap in less than 24 hours. The hotel manager and his wife did not know much English, but their son, who was about 10 years old, understood a lot and could speak a good amount of English, so I relied on him a bit to interpret between us.

The bathroom wasn't as nice as what I saw in the pictures; maybe it was still in the process of being remodeled, I don't know. The shower was odd in that there was no curtain, so some of the water sprayed directly onto the floor. Also, there was a gap in the shower tile, and some of the water would spray directly into the gap. It stressed me out because I knew every shower would cause water damage. Hopefully they rectify that soon.

The lobby and entrance is beautiful. Very grand staircase leading up to the rooms. Very spacious room and a short walk to Pub Street and markets. Nice shower and pool area. The owners were very friendly. Large balcony to enjoy. Overall a decent room for the price and location.

Bed was extremely firm and linens were old.

Tan and his family are lovely and the hotel is clean, good value and in a great position (close to bars and restaurants, but quiet). Great pool too. Arkun trans tom tom!
