The family who run this hotel were extremely friendly and helped us with any requests we had. The hotel is in a great location, only a short walk to the main areas

The hotel is really well located (in a perfect spot, for me at least): a few steps from Pub Street and the night markets, but far enough so that you don't get bothered with all the buzzy noise while you're sleeping. Besides the location, the staff was also extremely friendly, the property was pretty clean overall and the facilities included a small swimming pool, which was nice to chill at. Plus, to put the cherry on top of the cake, the staff sent a tuk tuk to wait for me at the airport when I arrived and took me directly to the hotel, which was very convenient.

The only down side that I could mention (being really picky) is that most businesses in Siem Reap don't accept debit/credit card payments, including the hotel. However, this is not specific only to this hotel, but I'd dare to say most of the hotels and almost every business there; so, as long as you come prepared with some cash in advance, you should be fine (and even if you don't, there are ATMs around where you can get some money). Other than that, I quite enjoyed my experience there.

Excellent location walking distance to many restaurants, nice pool, very friendly proprietor, very clean and well-kept.

Beds were extremely hard. Also, although Booking.com said breakfast is included, there is no breakfast available at this hotel. They stopped during COVID.

Ideal location near everything Siem Reap, but in a quiet location away from the all the noise. The owner is a natural host.

The location was perfect, close to the center (5 min walk from the old market or pub st) but still quiet enough for a good rest. The room was big with a very nice balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The staff was super friendly and arranging. Best value for money !

very well run hotel, by an absolutely lovely family who seem like they would do anything to help you. they also have two brothers that drive tut’s tut’s that will come and pick you up and take you wherever you’d like to go. both are also lovely people.

the mattress was very hard, but it didn’t stop me from sleeping.
