We were put in a room where the bathroom faucet did not drain, which led to being uncomfortable brushing our teeth, washing our hands, washing our faces…

Nice view from room, comfortable bed.

We checked in about 10PM and the next morning when asking about IHG points, they told me I never checked in and I was a no show. There was no housekeeping service the the second day, then the third day all they did was REMOVE the towels from the floor. No garbage done, towels, cleaning, etc. I had to call the front desk person to bring us towels. The staff knocked on our door. When I opened the door there were towels on the GROUND. I looked down the hall and the staff was skipping backwards down the hall. My IHG account still says 0 points. The breakfast was disappointing. The best part was the hot water and to go cups so I could make my own tea with my own tea bag, since they did not have caffeine free tea.

Staff are very nice and professional. Great location

The front desk staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!

Room could use some paint / repairs
