Checked in around 5 no room ready. Had to wait about 30 minutes. Got to room AC not working. Got it fixed quickly but the whole process was not good.

Toilet was broken and we had to open the tank and keep fixing it. Asked for towels in the evening and morning and they still weren’t ready. Tv remote wasn’t functional.

"Hairs in the shower. "

First impression walking into the room was great, up until it came time to shower. Two wash clothes that were used, were still on the inside handle bars, dried up. There were hairs on literally every wall within the shower, the glass doors and even the dispensers for shampoo/conditioner/body wash - it was very uncomfortable knowing that the shower more than likely had not been touched/cleaned after the previous guest.

Location and newly constructed building

Took more time at the reception and had to wait for 10-15 minutes till the housekeeping of the room.

"Not in good shape!"

People at the front desk were nice. Laminate was coming off the desk area in my room. Toilet paper dispenser was falling off the wall. Not well maintained and needs some attention. I probably will not stay here again and cannot recommend this location,
