It's a very well-kept hotel the staff has been very wonderful about letting me know when my room got charged on my card and help out with taking charges off my credit card thanks

This is my usual go-to hotel because of location.

Over the three days, my body soap dispenser wasn't refilled. Breakfast was mediocre. The juice dispenser wasn't working properly or hadn't been refilled. The glass door in the lobby fell due to a storm, and my guest had to lift it, hurting his hand. Additionally, someone tried to steal my son-in laws new tires from the hotel parking lot.
