Don’t go to this place! “Top of the spots?” The opposite is true! There were so many bad things about this apartment: the musty, old smell, the harsh hospital-style neon lighting, and the complete lack of any taste in decoration. The kitchen didn’t even have basic essentials like salt, sugar, or pepper. But the worst part by far was the bed quality absolutely terrible! One mattress had an actual wave in it (see photo), and the other bed’s mattress was also terrible and far too big for the frame. The duvets didn’t even have proper sheets — you just get a bare blanket. For the price one can not expect any luxury, but one expects the basic to be in order. Also you can hear every word from the neighbor’s TV through the wall. We booked four nights with our kids but left after just one, losing a lot of money. When we complained, they refused any refund and said the bed quality is “subjective.” Honestly, the people leaving good reviews must be able to sleep like hibernating bears. Avoid this place at all costs!

Schöne grosse, Ruhige, Wohnung, gute Lage, 1. Stock, balkon, Waschmaschine, p.platz. Vorhanden, nur die Betten und Teil Möbel sind alt würde Sofort Austauschen.. Sonst Super

Great location, spacious, equipped with everything a regular person needs.

I was unable to find a microwave and the smell in the whole apartment was a bit off.

Große Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Man hat diverse Attraktionen, z.B. Monte Bre Funiculare, in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung besitzt einen großen gemütlichen Balkon. Es können gut 4 Personen in der Unterkunft sein, 2 in einem Schlafzimmer und 2 im Wohnzimmer, welcher ein gemütliches Schlafsofa hat.

Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne hatte leider keinen Vorhang. Dies erschwerte das Duschen ohne einen nassen Boden danach zu hinterlassen. Die Schlüssel musste ich in einem anderen Gebäude abholen und wieder abgeben. Es war etwa 10 Minuten entfernt von der Unterkunft. Ein wenig ungewöhnlich, aber sonst war der Aufenthalt super.

Pillow was an old sofa cushion browned from decades of body fluids!! Old backscrubber with dried skin on it! Mattress broken. No wifi login - then code given by staff didnt work! TV not working! No shower curtain so wet bathroom - dangerous! Mold around bathtub! Rotten furniture in bathroom. Rubbish left in drawers and cupboards by old owner - including his old receipts! 1 beer glass, 2 coffee cups, no wine glasses - for a rental that caters for 4 people! Whatsapp customer service is a call centre in India! So horribly hot you cannot sleep. No fans. Cheap, old furniture and kitchenwear that would not even be sold in a "brockenhaus" (2nd hand charity shop). It is like an elderly person died and the property was rented "as is" - including their old used pillow and backscrubber!!

Main Bed and Sofa beds can be better quality. A ventilator or a Fan could be provided, especially for the summer period. Rooms were warm during 1st week of August and uncomfortable for the sleep. The bathroom could use a curtain so that water doesn't splash out of the bath when showering.

The location was great, close to everything you need. Friendly reception, they give you all the support you need. I will definitely be back.

Only the neighbor was noisy at night but everything was great.

I chose the accommodation because of the short walking distance to the university. I liked that the apartment is in a quiet street.

The bathroom could use a curtain so that water doesn't splash out of the bath when showering. There is no microwave in the kitchen, which could be useful for warming food.
