Comfortable apartment with 20 min walk to the lake, well-equipped kitchen and everything we need in bathroom

There are no air condition and microwave

The reception was 1 km away, with no parking, so we double parked, illegally. We were given the wrong instructions to the parking lot for our car, so we had to return to the reception place again and get the right instructions.

The agency was not far away. 5min by car. The designated parking was difficult to find but well described in a hand out.

Location was good, appartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had all that we needed. There was a very nice gelateria close to the place.

A small advice - if possible please put mosquito nets on the windows.

Overall the unit was suitable for all our needs and the location was perfect enjoyed our stay in Lugano.

Only issues we had were minor,such as shower head cradle was faulty and had to do make shift fix,1cupboard door would not stay shut 1 shutter was stuck but we survived as I said minor issues but should be attended to.

Good location, affordable for Switzerland! The apartment was clean, comfortable & roomy. Nice walking park nearby, stores close & convenient too. Great hosts at property management team! :) Very helpful.

Small kitchen. Also spoke with property managers about having an instruction page in the apartment for WiFi connection, location of laundry (basement), trash? Extra trash bags & laundry detergent for longer stays (1 week) would be nice too. Otherwise a good stay.
