FAA Belas Artes by An Island Apart

Ideal central location.

La Chambre est très propre il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire cafetière,bouilloire four, liquide vaisselle, épluche légume ect) et elle est très bien située car à deux pas de tous les bus. La résidence est calme. Il y avait toujours des travaux en cours mais ça ne m'a pas gênée. L'appartement est spacieux et haut de plafond et assez de rangements pour un séjour de 10 nuit. Il y a des prises et aussi des prises USB près du lit.

Certain équipents commencent à montrer des signes d'usure comme la porte de douche . Il faut faire attention à la machine à laver car quand je l'ai utiliser un code erreur est apparu et mon linge est rester bloqué. Honnêtement c'était sûrement ma faute et ' à fini par se débloquer tout seul mais je n'ai pas eu de retour via WhatsApp.

-Logement bien situé, spacieux , très propre -Très beau bâtiment,belles parties communes très propres -Nous avons apprécié l intervention de ménage, changements du linge de maison à mi sejour

-La fonctionnalité de la cuisine(peu d espace , placards difficilement accessibles en hauteur malgré l utilisation de l escabeau mis à disposition)

La ubicación

La disposición de los enchufes muy incómoda. El jabón de ducha no estaba etiquetado, es decir no sabíamos con qué nos estábamos duchando. No tener cerca un aparcamiento.

Loved the location, we have stayed a few times in Funchal and this was most central and convenient. Very easy to communicate with hosts and quick response time. Very comfortable room and pretty well stocked kitchenette. Nice and clear instructions for all equipments and things to do. We liked the keyless rooms and doors. Would stay again and thought good value for money. Comfortable bed kitchen and bathroom. We would recommend and would stay again.

Very minor but after a week we really could have used new towels, more kitchen roll, soap, etc. but this is minor and a small thing to arrange on own. We read reviews about the drying rack so knew to ask- I don’t know how there are enough to go around but the machine is also a dryer anyway. And it would have been nice to have some area to keep luggage for few hours. But all in all no complaints. We had a very nice stay.
