Posizione, vasca idromassaggio.

Quando siamo arrivati era freddo all’interno e anche se alzavamo la temperatura del termostato non riuscivamo a scaldare perché gli apparecchi si spegnevano per una impostazione predefinita. Le spugne per lavare i piatti erano vecchie, lo sgabello rovinato, in generale tutto un po’ usurato.

I would not recommend Flatmoen nature lodge if you are wanting privacy. We had to keep the curtains always closed as when the lights are on you are able to see everything inside the lodge. The doors have no curtains so the only way to have full privacy is with the lights completely off. All the lodges are very close and exactly in line with each other which is why this was an issue. The hot tub is lovely to be outside in watching the northern lights but can easily be ruined if the people next to you have their lights on. The lock on our lodge was broken and we discovered this when we were not given a set of keys upon check in. When I questioned this all I was told was “sorry you will just have to take your passports with you when you go out during the day”. This was not reassuring and we were disappointed that there was no compensation for not being able to lock our belongings safely inside. The kitchenette is very small and has only basic necessities but didn’t even have two large bowls. There is also only coat hangers and no clothes storage so I would recommend staying for no more than two nights. The sauna and breakfast is not included with the stay and is overpriced. There was very slippery ice on the stairs and around the hot tub which was dangerous to walk on and this was only taken care of on the day before we checked out. (4th day of our stay) It feels a shame to leave a negative review on this place as there are some lovely things about it but there were unfortunately a lot of things that effected the quality of our stay for the price we paid.

1. Richiesto il check-in alle 14.15, ci avevano risposto positivamente, ma una volta arrivati abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 15.20, quindi oltre l'orario previsto da loro. 2. La presentazione della stanza e la spiegazione dei vari servizi e telecomandi sono state fatte in maniera estremamente sbrigativa. 3. La notte, la stanza faceva tantissimi rumori che ci hanno fatto svegliare parecchie volte. 4. La stanza é veramente minuscola.

Inept the nicest stays we ever had. The cabins are cozy. You have everything what you need in the little kitchen. The service is exceptional. We loved it.

All was perfect

Immerso nella natura, con cavalli che pascolano fuori dalla stanza. Assolutamente meraviglioso. Stanza con vetrate a 180 gradi, è stato un soggiorno unico. Vasca idromassaggio in posizione perfetta, al pomeriggio con il sole... è stato stupendo immergersi nell'acqua calda dopo una giornata in moto!
