Very kind owners, they picked us up from the airport for free, which was very helpful. The owners were very kind and gave us useful information and advice.

You should be aware that it can get very cold in July in Cuzco. There was a wave of cold during our stay in the city and the appartment was also cold. There is no cooking facilities in the appartment, but the owner brings nice breakfast every morning.

The host was very hospitable and helpful, reliable, and always greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel right at home. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city center, which made exploring Cusco very convenient. The apartments are spacious, impeccably clean, and provided us with all the comfort we needed. The breakfast was delicious, a great way to start our days. The host also went above and beyond in helping us organize trips, such as the Inca trail to Machu Picchu, the Manu rainforest jungle tour, and the trip to Rainbow mountains, ensuring that everything was arranged perfectly. Their flexibility and service-oriented approach made our stay truly enjoyable. We can't recommend Zans Apartments enough and will definitely be coming here again.

The owners are amazingly friendly and helping. The apartment is close to the center and quiet. The beds are very comfortable

The apartment is dark.

The hot water flow was not reliable. One would get cold water despite setting the tap to full hot water. Not good in the middle of winter

Accomodations, breakfeast and silence at night. The host was very nice.

My family and I loved our stay at Zans Apartments. The apartment was clean and comfortable and is in a safe location. Room was warm during the nights using the heater supplied by the host. Taxis were available outside the apartment to go to the Plaza de Armas. Laundry services are available nearby. Milagros and her family are great hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

This is a family run business and they truly care about the comfort of their guests. To start, we had some delays in our arrival to Cusco and Milagros was very gracious and patient in arranging our transportation to the apartment. Breakfast was great and plentiful with eggs, bread, coffee and fresh fruit. We used the apples and bananas as snacks for the day 😊 Miligros gave us excellent suggestions for sites to visit and where to shop. She even accommodated our request for late check-out. Mlilagros is an amazing hostess without being overbearing. I would stay at Zans again should we go to Cusco again.
