The hosts were very friendly, and the location was great—just a 15-minute walk to the main square. We were picked up from the airport and received a very warm welcome. Milagros and her family went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They helped us with our luggage and ensured our breakfast and cleaning times suited us. Milagros was also very helpful when I was unwell due to the altitude, providing additional heating as it was cold in June. The apartment was well-equipped; the interior was in European standard, the only drawback was the entrance and the absence of a lift. She mentioned they are working on it, and we will definitely stay here again if we visit.

Very helpful manager of the apartment. Clean place with good breakfast. Landary across the road charge 5 solos per kg and supermarket also cross the road. . Microwave and kettle available . In short very convenient place and very friendly staff.

Belinda was a very nice host. She had us picked up from the airport. The location of the property is very convenient for us - only a short work to the city center. There is a small grocery store (actually not small in Cusco) steps away from the property and we can get fruits and snacks at good price. We were there for two nights and Belinda made the beds for us. The bed was very comfy. We were able to sleep through the night on the second day. The first night we had to deal with the altitude sickness - of course cocoa tea was prepared for us. We would recommend to families to stay at Zan Apartment.

I liked that the family all worked together, they were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping lady was lovely, too

There is no hot water in the bathroom sink.

The hosts are super friendly. Milagros and her family went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They helped us with the luggage, made sure our breakfast and cleaning time were scheduled as per our preference, and communicated very well with us. They also accommodated our late check-out. The location is only 8-9 min walk from the San Blaz Plaza.

The host is such a nice lady. She made nice pita bread in the morning. Also a nice feature to hold our luggage for a few days so we can carry light traveling to Cusco.

I did not pay attention to the cash payment required. The host is so nice and allowed us to pay later after come back from Machu Picchu.

Really good location, just 10 minutes away from the city center. Family of hotel owners is very kind and helpful, they did absolutely their best to make me feel as at home, giving me many useful advices regarding my travel.
