Infinity Hotel Kampala

The staff are friendly and the manager was very helpful in providing guidance where needed. The food is good and they have an amazing band playing on Saturday. Place is secure and cost is pocket friendly considering its half board.Overall had a good experience as rested while catching up with my friends. Will definitely recommend it.

They need to improve on cleanliness of the rooms especially the floors and fix the broken taps and doors. Add more towels as well

“Fantastic stay! The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and accommodating—especially the guy who was in the early morning shift ( sorry I forgot his name ) who helped us with early check-in. Poorly presented breakfast with dry bread and unpropotional fruits........ Dirty,unhygienic, and old towels perfect for rags...... Unprofessional staff,they are not aware of what they are doing...... Safety is not guaranteed as you have to struggle with the door lock for 20 mins + to successfully lock it...... The rooms look like nobody has stayed in them for ages and everything is dusty,from the cups to glasses to spoons..... For my peace of mind,I checked out the same day to another place......

My wife and I stayed at Infinity Hotel Kampala for 8 days and had a fantastic experience. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, which really made us feel at home. The hotel has excellent amenities, including a nice swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. Saturday evenings are a highlight, with a lively and entertaining live band.The prices are reasonably affordable, offering great value for money. They're currently upgrading the outdoor area, which shows their commitment to improving the guest experience. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kampala!

Beautiful atmosphere, great staff, especially the Waitress Lynn and Manager Nathan. They are amazing they made our stay memorable having a first timer in Uganda. I dint have to move with cash on as Room posting is applicable. A soft bed for an anniversary celebration was magical 🙌 Definitely a come back.

The towels are worrying. They seemed to have been used by a whole world but still put at work. Towels from white to cream. For people with sensitive skins it was worrying lucky enough we had moved with our own.

The staff were good and very courteous. Food and facilities were okay

Bathroom fittings not up to standards. Room floor tiles were coming off making you feel like you are walking on egg shells
