Hello Booking.com I would like to tell you that my booking at Infinity Hotel Kampala was very bad experience since i started to use Booking.com I made booking on Infinity Hotel Kampala with confirmation no: Confirmation: 4881390852 PIN: 7611 (Confidential) Then i travel to Uganda Entebbe kampala when i reach at the property i was supposed reception telling me that Hotels is full when i show my booking reference they say sorry you can find other Hotel In this case i have to travel looking around to get where i can sleep this is very bad not only for me as client but even on Booking.com company because next time we will not be safe to book online at this website because of non trusting to get what we have booked for I am traveling and use this website but now i am shocked for what i sow on this Hitel Hope you will make changes for the Hotels you bring for you clients Bye Jean

Unser Zimmer könnte ein neues Bett gebrauchen und morgens wurde man um 7 Uhr von eifrigen Reinigungspersonal unsanft geweckt. Ansonsten war das Servicepersonal sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen lecker. Der Garten-und Barbereich war ruhig und man konnte herrlich entspannen.

When I left. Wait staff were very friendly - hotel management were not.

* the hotel kitchen exhaust vented directly into our bathroom * the shower that flooded the bathroom floor * the most unreliable locks on all doors * the generally shoddy maintenance and cleaning * the disco lights in the lounge room that set off my epilepsy
