Ohana Village

Nice location near several places to visit.

No other restaurants with in walking distance.

Comfy bed and great AC unit. New and clean (need to still wear indoor shoes though which they provide). Good sea view. Spacious.

Outlets are finicky, TV remote sometimes does not work, mini fridge not cold enough very small, there is a kitchen space but no kitchenette (no plates or anything you need to eat in the room), curtains are not blackout, thin walls- gets noisy at 10pm sometimes, pool is mossy/dirty/slimy, pool staff clean during pool hours which is an inconvenience to guests, the breakfast buffet is not pleasant due to rowdy guests (who aren’t staying at the resort) who come use the space as a coffee shop, we couldn’t eat in piece due to people who smoked and were speaking very loud, be careful if you are from the US or reside somewhere outside of Vietnam because staff are very inexperienced with handling credit card transactions (we were charged twice for our stay and weren’t refunded until 3 days later but they had to wire money to a Vietnamese bank so no cash refund or refund back to credit card).

The layout of the hotel is strange. Building with the rooms and the building with the restaurant are separate which makes it a bit inconvenient.

Beautiful hotel with unique decoration. Full equipment and supplies.

The reception and service here is great. Room is fully equipped, clean and well decorated.
