The staff were very accommodating. They helped us a lot, especially when we needed to find a hospital and a pharmacy. It was a few km away from the hotel, but they still helped us, and assisted us.

I hope that all receptionists could speak in English (at least basic), so it won’t be so difficult for the foreign guests.
