Best hotel experience ever in Cambodia

There is so much to say about this incredible resort! I have stayed in many lovely hotels but no other resort has compared to the very helpful, professional and courteous staff we met at KN&N Resort! From the moment that we arrived, we were were made to feel very welcome as we were warmly greeted by staff and offered a delicious tamarind drink and a cool, refreshing, lemongrass-infused wet facecloth. Situated in the pristine hills of Mondulkiri, the resort is only a short 10 minute ($3.00) Tuk Tuk ride into the centre of town which the hotel staff would arrange for us. The resort is beautiful and very well looked after. The pool area is fantastic with both sunny and shaded areas. We couldn’t bring ourselves to go to another restaurant in town because the food and cocktails here were so delicious! I have never experienced a hotel stay where EVERYONE is so friendly and demonstrates a real desire to make their guests’ stay perfect! We were only supposed to stay for 2 nights but we extended to 3 nights because of the comfortable rooms, the beautiful vistas and the outstanding staff! Thank you to Laura, Kong Ken, Vanak, Syang, Sophal, Nika, the chefs and the rest of the staff at KN&N Resort!

VERY minor but one room had quite a firm bed but the staff were WONDERFUL in accommodating us with another very comfortable bed and room! Would highly recommend this resort!

Mondulkiri is such a beautiful and unknown Cambodian jewel.. Journeys in the jungle, elephant sanctuaries and a myriad of waterfalls, make this place a MUST when traveling to Cambodia. And while doing so, this resort IS THE PLACE to stay. Breakfast was outstanding! Gorgeous location, you could enjoy your breakfast with wonderful views, beautiful comfy bungalows, infinity pool... The staff was friendly, supper kind and super helpful all the time. We had dinner by the pool, we were allowed to leave our luggage for couple of days while sleeping in the jungle and then when we were back we had a shower on the premises even though we weren't customers anymore. They even organized our journey in the jungle! I wanted to mention all by name, but I lost my notebook on my travel :( Big shout out to you all!

Friendly staff Nice room excellent breakfast I love it.

The place looks nice at first sight but it’s just that… The resort was almost empty and they put us in a bungalow next to another one under construction… The pool was not super clean but still enjoyable… The worst of all is the shower! No water pressure when you want a hot shower. (at evening temperature can drop to 17/18C) and this because the machines in the shower are to small and not strong enough to properly heat the water as they explain, so it was not a problem in our room but a general problem of this hotel. The breakfast doesn’t includes coffee and when there are only a few guests is a la carte. We were lucky that one super nice girl was there and kind of solved it. Actually she is the only competent person in all the complex! We stayed 2 nights and no room service during the entire staying… apparently the housekeeping forgot to come to our room (reminder: on the last day we were the only customers there) Also on the last day we didn’t had water in the room. Only a tiny string was running out of the tap. Felt huge lack of management. Only one girl was trying to make it enjoyable. All the other staff is there walking around… Don’t worth what you pay. For 65$/night for sure you can get better. A total disaster!!!
