Ma fille a oublié sa paire de lunettes de vue dans la salle de bain lors de notre départ. Elle ne s’en est rendu compte que le soir… Nous avons appelé l’hôtel pour leur demander s’ils avaient bien mis de côté la paire de lunettes, mais la personne qui a réceptionner l’appel nous a demandé de renouveler l’appel le lendemain car elle n’avait pas l’accès au coffre. Nous avons rappelé, mais ils n’avaient rien trouvé… nous nous sommes déplacé, mais à part être désolé l’hôtel n’a trouvé aucune explication à la disparition de la paire de lunettes… les montures Calvin Klein ont intéressé quelqu’un.

Misheck and Zack provided an excellent valet service. They were fast, friendly and professional. They made parking effortless- thank you for excellent service.

The location was great. I liked the security of the building. Key cards needed after hours and to utilize the elevators.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows sucked. No continental breakfast. Water pressure and hardness were terrible.

Had a great experience here. Everyone was Very nice from the moment we arrived. Jace and Steven at the valet stand were super nice and helpful. Plus they had free cookies at the door.

I had an amazing stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Cameron and Devon. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my visit. Their positive energy and professionalism really stood out and made my experience even better. Excellent service from start to finish!
