Perfect location in heart of Swanage

Excellent facilities in the apartment and simply brilliant location with great views of the beach.

There was nothing to not like. Will definitely book again.

Brilliant location in the heart of Swanage with a lovely sea view. The apartment has all the equipment / items you need for a stay away from home (except for a freezer / ice box - not a huge deal but it meant we had to eat a whole box of ice lollies in one sitting!!). Nice, friendly, informative communications with the host.

Struggling to find anything to say here but it was a little bit noisy at night time - although this was to be expected during August / school holidays - and it was quiet after 11pm.

Fantastic apartment and location

Perfect location, quite literally a stone's throw from the sea! It also situated on the high street, which is really convenient for shops and restaurants. Apartment was modern and a good size for a short break. Had everything you'd need. Bed was comfy and apartment block felt very safe. As this is a loft apartment, it got very hot (in Summer), compared to a typical UK home, which might not suit some people. Easy to unload luggage in the loading bay and then move the car to the long stay car park which was about 7 mins walk away. Long stay was £25 for 72 hours. Would definitely recommend this over the short stay outside the apartment to avoid having to move the car regularly.

Unfortunately the apartment hadn't been cleaned on arrival, but to the host's credit they were quick to sort this out and 3 cleaners arrived in under an hour to clean the place quickly. The oven could have done with a clean, as it started smoking when we turned it on. Therefore, we were apprehensive about using it as we didn't want to set off the fire alarm. The bathroom extractor fan did not work, so it was very hot in there. Apartment would benefit from A/C.

Terrible apartment and even worse service! We had no hot water for 2 days out of a 3 day stay. Hosts were very poor at communicating, didn’t answer calls etc and it took 4 reports before they even responded. Prior to arriving we asked if we could extend the stay with an extra night and the hosts sent a payment request. At no point did they say they were doing this outside of Booking.com (and nor did we ask them to). This meant there is no cover for that part of the stay. Booking.com have confirmed this is against their terms and conditions and should not have happened so we would advise anyone thinking of staying here….dont!!! They are clearly complete scam artists The whole process is totally faceless and nameless, key code access etc which is fine until there’s a problem and then they hide. There are far better apartments in swanage that provide far better service and a much better experience. Oh, and to charge £300 security deposit for a 2 night stay is an absolute disgrace. When booking.com tried to contact the hosts to resolve the issue they completely ignored all contact which confirms the view that this is a complete scam. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID

Location and view was perfect.

Only issue was I think there is an issue with the oven. On fan mode, there was no heat at all.
