A very friendly chill place to relax and see Queenstown. A clean and welcoming kitchen with good breakfast provided. The access to yoga mats and props was perfect after a long walk.

Paul is an excellent host. Loved the stay.

Team was great and vibe was so calming and relaxing. beautiful views (+ house dogs were friendly and cute!)

One weird thing was that they don’t provide body wash in the rooms as it seems other guests bring their own (you can ask for some)

Bungalow was cold. Shared facilities weren’t as good as expected.

The property has a very scenic view overlooking the lake and the mountains on the way to Glenochy and is good for retreats. Guests are free to use the kitchen, living room and open space and are left to feel at home in using them. The room (inclusive of the bathroom) was very spacious.

We were on a road trip and driving. However, located on Fern Hill, there was limited parking space for roadside parking near the property as the road was quite narrow and a bit steep.

Friendly, relaxed, welcoming place with great staff and interesting conversation. Really enjoyed sitting in the living area and garden admiring the view over lake Whakatipu. Far enough from the hubbub of Queenstown, but quick and easy to access by car or bus.
