One Thibault Hotel by ITC Hospitality

One Thibault is well situated in the heart of town. Easy walk to the convention center. Walking distance to the hop on hop off tour bus which was a great way for a first timer to see the city. My room was clean and comfortable and access to the residences is well secured and controlled. Will definitely be back at next opportunity!

Great stay. Within walking distance of CTICC and many restaurants and sights, close to V&A Waterfront. Clean. Terrific view. Friendly staff at reception.

It was a most horrible experience, my passport was locked in the safe, they took 3 days to open it, they did not cleaned daily neither did they replace the towels, coffee or sugar daily. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

The checking in process is long but the place is great.

Very good property, in the center of Cape Town, a walking distance to the fabulous Bree Street and the V&A waterfront. Property is clean and well-maintained giving luxury vibes. Take the 1-bedroom apartment with a view. Well worth it. I stayed in room 2328. Excellent value for money.

Great views, very safe.

It was my first time at this place and I was pleasantly surprised. I was very very sceptical but found the rooms beautiful and big. The big plus was the big fridge and the stove which allowed for self catering. The hotel is an a very convenient location in the city centre. The only complaint I have was related to lifts. The lifts does not look very good and needs some TLC.

Most of the lifts don’t seem to work making the process of moving within the building unusually slow.
