Really nice ambience. Lots of space for parking and kids to play as well. The breakfast provided was very nice. Would definitely visit again.

Housekeeping comes only if we request, that too before noon. Else your room will be untidy till the next day. Fresh towels were not given during our second day of stay. The water in the bathroom was very salty.

We really liked the ambience of the place. It was very relaxing. Nice place for kids to play and a huge parking space as well. Breakfast was really nice as well. I would like to reserve a stay here, during my next visit to Pondy as well.

The stay was comfortable, the room is quite spacious. The staff were friendly and helped us with everything we needed. They were approchable too. Would stay here again, it also provides great value for money.

The towels and toiletries weren't provided, we had to ask for it.

Pros.. affordable and in the heart of the city good breakfast with nice Tea RO water available with cooler. No need to buy bottled water Manager addressed all the in-house issues

Cons... No clarity on the extra bed charges in the app. Paid Rs.400 in addition to 300 paid for the 3rd adult in the app Water is hard and salty Parking area lot of bird shits. You may spend extra for your car water wash No Room boy available and all are self service
