Nothing. This is the worst stay experience I have ever had 😡😡

Bad location, property is situated next to a dirty drainage canal so the place is swarming with mosquitoes. Pathetic staff and no service attitude. Rooms were not cleaned even once in our 3 days stay. Apart from breakfast there's nothing served here. No food service, no coffee or tea. There's no provision for a kettle or tea/coffee kits. You have to walk almost a km to the main road to have tea. AC kept tripping in our room. I booked this seeing the Treebo brand, but it's nowhere near to Treebo standards. I have stayed in many other Treebo properties, but this is a black mark on the brand's image.

Nothing much it is over hyped

There is no room service.Customer asked to carry towels to the room at the time of check in.No proper facilities.Kettle is not provided in our room.Where as it is there in some of the rooms.Staff are not friendly.They feel customer has no other option in Puducherry other than their hotel.It is adjacent to drainage which smells like hell.I don't know how treebo has setup this kind of hotel.I have visited multiple Treebo hotels I feel this worst one with bad experience.
